Advanced Vocal Health for the Performer

A high-level performance lab for serious artists who want their voice to work as powerfully and reliably as their craft demands.

This advanced workshop with Amanda Eve Sloane is designed for experienced actors, singers, voice actors, vocalists, podcasters, content creators, and public speakers who are actively performing and want their instrument to support bold, nuanced, high-level work.

This is not an introductory technique class. Participants should already understand breath support and vocal fundamentals. The focus here is applying technique directly to performance - so your choices are freer, stronger, and more sustainable under pressure.

Precision That Serves Performance

  • Efficient airflow and pressure management for emotionally demanding material

  • Seamless registration shifts during heightened text or musical phrasing

  • Expanding dynamic range without sacrificing clarity or stamina

  • Resonance refinement for tonal specificity and character choices

Endurance for Real-World Demands

  • Sustaining long rehearsal days, recording sessions, and live performance

  • Preventing fatigue when material is vocally intense

  • Performance-specific warm-ups and cooldowns tailored to your piece

Expression Without Strain

  • Emotional availability that remains technically supported

  • Subtle articulation choices that enhance storytelling

  • Integrating speech and singing seamlessly within performance

Performance Application

Bring material you are actively working on or want professional feedback on. You may present a song, monologue, voice over, poetry, dialogue, or other performance piece.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Refine technical execution inside real material

  • Identify hidden tension affecting your performance

  • Expand expressive choices safely

  • Strengthen stamina within your specific repertoire

Scripts may be read. Memorization is not required.

Who This Is For

  • Working and pre-professional actors

  • Experienced singers and vocalists

  • Voice actors and audiobook narrators

  • Podcasters and content creators recording regularly

  • Public speakers with significant vocal demands

If your voice carries your storytelling, your income, or your artistic identity, this workshop is about making sure it can sustain the level of performance you’re aiming for.
